Complete and return your personalised order form that you will find enclosed with the Save & Select brochure.

Your selected gifts will be delivered to the address that appears on your order from so please CHECK the details are correct, including the postcode.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Save & Select Christmas Promotion?
All items shown in the Save & Select Christmas Collection 2009 brochure are available only in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Save & Select Scheme is only available to retail account holders of Friars Pride Ltd. The company reserves the right to publish new brochures from time to time.
Save & Select points will be awarded to account holders on purchased selected items. Please consult the company for defaults.
Where the company has reason to believe that there has been any breach of terms and conditions for any reason whatsoever, the Company may refuse to process a claim, refuse to Save & Select points or withdraw Save & Select points already awarded. Save & Select points may not be exchanged for cash and they are not transferable.
Claims for items must be on the designated claim form. Delivery will be free of charge. Delivery will normally be free of charge. Delivery will normally take 28 days after receipt of a valid claim form. Claims for non-receipt must be made in writing to the company no later than 2th February 2010. All gifts in the Save & Select Scheme are available while stocks last. Should items become unavailable, for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute an alternative item.
No representations are made regarding the likelihood or otherwise of an account holder incurring any tax liability as a result of participation in the Save & Select Scheme.
The company reserves the right to vary these conditions or to cancel the Save & Select Scheme at any time. In the event of a cancellation, account holders who have already earned sufficient points to claim a gift voucher will be given the opportunity to do so.
Points will only be awarded against relevant products purchased when the invoice for those product purchases have been delivered.
No points will be awarded to overdue invoices.
Overdue accounts will be not be able to redeem Save & Select points.
Accounts that have no transactions for 12 months will automatically have any unredeemed Save & Select points taken away.
What are the prize draw terms and conditions?
The prize draw is open to Friars Pride Ltd’s customer’s who redeem at least 250 Save & Select points for the Love2shop voucher, and are aged 18 and over between 1st October – 4th December 2009.
Employees of Friars Pride Ltd (Non Save & Select point collectors) and Love2reward, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with promotion are excluded.
Only one automatic entry per 250 Save & Select points redeemed is permitted. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.

No cash alternatives.
In the event of dispute the promoter’s decision is final and binding.
No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries received.
