FISH JFK, the brand of Gadus, is a resource-rich partner with almost
100 years of history fishing in the Faroese seas around the Faroe
JFK Gadus Islands. Faroese Gadus Cod is caught based on strict allocated
quotas in the sustainable fisheries, to provide valuable and high

Today, JFK has a fleet of 18 fishing vessels containing high-tech on
board fish processing equipment to prepare the fish
into the fillets you prefer for your shop. These modern
fishing trawlers are high-tech factory trawlers and the
brand track record shows that JFK has the capacity and
capability to serve global markets with high quality fish
products.

The Faroese Gadus Cod is caught based on strict
allocated quotas in the sustainable fisheries, to provide
valuable and unique fish for your shops. Steps are taken
at every point of the fishing process to ensure that JFK’s frozen-at-sea products are as fresh
as possible.

Gadus Frozen at Sea Cod fillets are available either as Skin On, Pin Bone In Fillets or Skinless,
Pin Bone In Fillets. They are in traditional grades of; 5-8oz, 8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32oz+.

Glacialis In 2018, Atlantika rebranded itself as the new look ‘Glacialis’ and
although the branding has changed, they still supply the same
(formerly Atlantika) great Frozen at Sea Fish.

Aleksanr Zhuvertsev Norebo, previously Ocean Trawlers, started fishing in 1997 and shortly
Captain developed to become one of the leading suppliers of sustainable fish
including Cod and Haddock from the Arctic waters of the North Atlantic.
There are currently ten trawlers supplying Glacialis with Cod and Haddock every month. The
fish is harvested and fished in the Barents Sea in the North-East part of the North Atlantic,
off the coast of Norway and Russia. Both stocks of Cod and Haddock in that region are
one of the largest in the world maintaining healthy condition due to responsible fisheries

management based on scientific research and
long term collaboration between Norway and
Russia.

in tightly graded Frozen at Sea Cod fillets in
sizes, 4-6oz, 6-8oz, 8-10oz, 10-12oz, 12-
16oz, as well as the traditional sizes of 8-16oz,
16-32oz and 32oz+.

Royal Royal Greenland Frozen at Sea Cod Fillets are available in
Greenland tighter grades. The Atlantic Cod fished by Royal Greenland has
time to fully develop the intense and slightly sweet flavour,
Jogvan Trondarson because the cold and clean surroundings make the cod grow

slightly firmer.

Once the Cod has been caught, the catch is
hauled on board the vessel before being sorted,
processed and frozen within a few hours,
providing seafood of extremely fresh quality.
