                                                     Today, JFK has a fleet of 18 fishing vessels containing high-tech on
                                                                            board fish processing equipment to prepare the fish
                                                                            into the fillets you prefer for your shop. These modern
                                                                            fishing trawlers are high-tech factory trawlers and the
                                                                            brand track record shows that JFK has the capacity and
                                                                            capability to serve global markets with high quality fish
                                                                            products.

                                                                            The Faroese Gadus Cod is caught based on strict
                                                                            allocated quotas in the sustainable fisheries, to provide
                                                                            valuable and unique fish for your shops. Steps are taken
                              at every point of the fishing process to ensure that JFK’s frozen-at-sea products are as fresh
                              as possible.

                              Gadus Frozen at Sea Cod fillets are available either as Skin On, Pin Bone In Fillets or Skinless,
                              Pin Bone In Fillets. They are in traditional grades of; 5-8oz, 8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32oz+.

                              There are currently ten trawlers supplying Glacialis with Cod and Haddock every month. The
                              fish is harvested and fished in the Barents Sea in the North-East part of the North Atlantic,
                              off the coast of Norway and Russia. Both stocks of Cod and Haddock in that region are
                              one of the largest in the world maintaining healthy condition due to responsible fisheries

Royal                         Royal Greenland Frozen at Sea Cod Fillets are available in

                              slightly firmer.

                                                          Once the Cod has been caught, the catch is
                                                          hauled on board the vessel before being sorted,
                                                          processed and frozen within a few hours,
                                                          providing seafood of extremely fresh quality.
